BASS DAGGA

BASS DAGGA is a collective of Black lesbian, queer women and non-binary folks. We curate special events & parties in Harlem, NYC, catering to OUR Community. The term “Dagga” is derived from “Bull-Dagger”, a term used to describe Black lesbians in the early 20th century that was then reclaimed. We chose to incorporate part of the name as a way to honor the Black lesbians who came before us. Bass is there to let folks know that we’re coming with that “BASS” to our parties.
